JS Tan

JS Tan is a PhD student in the international development group. His research is on the political economy of innovation and the green transition. He completed his bachelor's in computer science at Brown University and his master's of arts and science at the MIT Media Lab. Previously, he also worked as a software engineer at Microsoft. He was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Beijing.
